Stone Production Process
Our company has the stone production processes of 80-120t per hour, 150-180t per hour, 200-240t per hour, 300-350t per hour and 350-450t per hour. Stone production line is widely applied in the crushing process of limestone, graystone, granite, pebble, etc. The quality of our crushed products can reach the highest national standard and our products are offered to the fields, such as high-level public road, railway, irrigation, concrete batching plant, etc. Stone production line supporting equipment is the specialized equipment for the producing of constructive sand and stone. The whole equipment consists of Jaw Crusher, Back Impact Crusher, Vibrating Feeder, Vibrating Screen, Belt Conveyer, etc. The equipment of our company features the characteristics of stable and reliable performance, rational design, easy operation, high efficiency, and so on.
Flow Introduction of Stone Production Line
1. The large ore goes through the material-filter bin and being screened through feeder.
2. After preliminary filtering of impurities and mud, comes the initial Crushing by jaw crusher.
3. After initial crushing, the materials go into back impact crusher and start the second-stage crushing by belt conveyer.
4. Then, the materials are transferred into vibrating screen by belt conveyer and are categorized into the stones of different specifications and transported to the finished goods area. If the material cannot meet the standard, it will be transferred by belt conveyer to back impact crusher to be crushed again. This stone production line is a recyclable process.
