Product Description
1. The working principle of this furnace is induction.
2. This furnace is suitable for sintering of ceramic carbide/nitride systems and oxides
(e. g. TaC/ZrC/Si3N4 etc. )
3. Working Principle: When the AC power input to the inductor, it will be formed alternating electromagnetic field in the inductor. When the magnetic of alternating electromagnetic field go through the special ceramic compound materials, the closed induced current will be generated due to the electromagnetic induction, which Kinds of currents called eddy current. Eddy current strength is proportional to the size of the EMF; and is inversely proportional to the reactance of eddy current circuit. Because the reactance of graphite crucible is very small, eddy current can reach very high values, and thus it will be generated the great heat at the graphite crucible inner, the temperature of crucible is rising, and the temperature of sample in the crucible will be also heated and rising.

4. The equipment consists of high-frequency power control cabinet and the water cooling system at the bottom of the furnace, induction power supply and chamber located at the upper part of the furnace body. Graphite crucible and induction coils are placed in the middle of the furnace; the vacuum system located in the outside the furnace room; there are intelligent temperature control system, infrared thermometer, data management software, PC and other components.
5. High Frequency Power Supply
Use IGBT high frequency induction power supply, working calmly, easy to operate, small size, larger adjustment range, saving energy obviously.
6. Intelligent temperature control system
1) Using the best programmable temperature control from domestic, with PID auto-setting capabilities, high-precision temperature control to complete the process of temperature control and test, the system can set the temperature curve, to select the U. S. Raytek infrared thermometer to measure the temperature; with automatic control and manual control switching.
2) Set the data management software, PC machine Chinese/English language interface operation, automatically save historical data, automatically generate temperature cooling and rising curve, automatic Chinese /English text of the operating system.
7. The electrical control system
Have over-temperature, broken even, flow and cooling water alarm and protection, to ensure the system safe and reliable operation.
8. Water cooling system
Water cooling system with open, inflow the water closed and open water tank to outlet water, with reserve water inlet at the entrance to the interface; in the inlet pressure switch is installed, display water pressure and as a water alarm.
