Appearance:light-yellow or orange color granule

Initial melting point C , min: 80 .0

Reduction at heating %, max: 0.50

Ash content ,% max: 0.30

 

 

Properties: Light yellow or arrange colour pellets with a little amine taste. Nonpoisonous. Specific gravity:1.34-1.40.  Soluble in benzene, acetone, chloroform. Insoluble in water, dilute acid and dilute alkali. It will gradually resolve when it is heated over 60 celsius degree.

 

 

Application: The product is a vulcanization accelerator with delayed action, short cure time, has high antiscorching quality and processing safety. Used in NR and SR. Mainly used in manufacture of tires, rubber tubes, rubber shoes, rubberized tape and other technical rubber goods.

 

 

Package: N.W.:25kg/bag,packed with kraft paper bag or as customer request.

 

 

Storage: May be decomposed during storage, so should be kept off moisture and heat. The period of stability in storage is six months.
