Scraper cutting edge is the major ground engaging working part of scraper, mainly used to shovel, joint by router bit bolt with the scraper, can be replaced to applicative by both sides.
Scraper router bit is two protectors installed by two sides of the cutting edge, with the cutting edge becoming the whole set scraper cutting edge assembly. There are casting and steel plate processing two procedures to make the end bit.

Large-sized scraper router bit: Boron steel mechanical properties: Hardness:HB480, Yield strength Yied (Re N/mm): 1550, Tensil strength (Rm N/mm): 1750, Elongation (A%): 9, Impact test (AKV Joule): 30
All the products with non-human factor breakage would be replaced.
Meantime, Special Serrated scraper cutting edge and Tungsten carbide cutting edge and end bit are also provided. The surface hardness of Tungsten carbide scraper cutting edge and end bit can reach HB700.
