Product Introduction:

Ripper shank consists of five major parts:ratch,protector,tip insert,tooth and steady pin.Ratch is the main part to support strenghth,bearing huge cutting loading.There are 2 main basic structure of the ratch head:straight and curve head,while the curve head consists of curving line and broken line.Straight head shows excellent ability to loosen dense layer of soil and rip the massive and clinthenform rock stratum:while curve head ratch loosen the soil,massive soil digged up by tooth top,smashed before vertical part of ratch passing,despite good loose effect,still some clinthenform soil be blocked in the bend.

Protector is used to protect the ratch,in case of rapid wear to extend the life of ratch.Protector and tip insert are direct parts to loosen and rip soil.Under severe working condition,It's easy to be wore,needs replacement constantly.To maximum the function of protector,besides using material of high wear resistance,spring pin roll and spring steady pin can be used to enforce convenient dismounting and reliable joint as possible.
