Outdoor optic fiber cable (GYTA53)
The excellent performance fibers, which is positioned in a loose tube made of a high modulus plastic -PBT. The tubes are filled with a water blocking jelly. A steel wire, sometimes sheathed with polyethylene (PE) for cable with more fibers count, locates Central Strengthen Member.Tubes (and fillers) are stranded around the strength member into a compact and circular cable core. An Aluminum Polyethylene Laminate (APL) is applied around the cable core, which is filled with the water blocking compound to protect it from water ingression. The cable core is covered with longitudinal corrugated aluminum tape and steel tape improves crush resistance of the cable. According to the requirement of customers ,adding the rip cord ,or change the water compound into water blocking tape.
Characteristics
1.Excellent mechanical and temperature performance.
2. High strength loose tube that is hydrolysis resistant
3.Tube filling jelly compound ensure a critical protection of fiber from hydrogenation.
4.Crush resistance and flexibility
5.Steel wire used as the central strength member
6.100% water blocking compound filled with the cable core.
7.APL moisture barrier.
8.PSP enhancing moisture-proof.
8. Water-blocking material.
