2.      Product Description:
LY Spring cone crusher adopts the international advanced techniques to develop this equipment. The design of spring cone crusher’s structure is distinguish from traditional design, and it compiles other advantage of various type of Cone crusher. So it is applicable to fine crush of superfine crush various ores, rocks, slag and refractories. To adopt the techniques of concave and mantle after machining process to connecter with cone surface to instead the anciently complicate techniques, LY spring cone crusher raise efficiency in rock- crushing. It has overload hydraulic cavity and refrigeration lubricating system, which fully ensure the safety and stability of operation. It is widely used in metallurgical mining, architectural, rock & railway, etc.
3. Product Special Features:
1). Continuous rotating of movable cone; continue unloading of materials during the crushing process alternately along the work surface, high production efficiency and capacity,
2). Material is extruded in two cones, squeezed and bended, which can low power consumption.

4). Main structures is consist of main body, the horizontal axis, movable cone, balancing wheels, eccentric shaft bushing, fixed cone, dynamic cone, fluid couplings, lubrication systems, hydraulic system, control system, etc.
5). Dynamic cone and fixed cone is upright. There is a gap parallel with the crushing discharge chamber when the movable cone swinging, which make uniform products. The feed edge is not big enough, so the material after primary crushing is suitable for crushing.
6). This series cone crusher adopt dry-oil and water seal way, which protect from dust and impurities entering the body, thus extending the service life of the sliding bearing and the thrust ball bearings to ensure the reliable operation.
4. Application of Spring Cone Crusher
Spring cone crusher is widely used in metallurgical industry, construction industry, road building, chemical industry and the phosphate industry for crushing hard and medium hard ore and rock, such as iron ore, copper ore, limestone, quartz, granite, basalt, diabase. The type of the crushing chamber is depend on the material; the standard type is suitable for medium crushing, medium type for fine crushing, ultra-short head type is superfine.
   PYG superfine gyrates type cone crusher is suitable for produce machine-made sand and metal ore.
 
5. Working Principle
When cone crusher is working, motor drives the eccentric sleeve to rotate. The eccentric sleeve drives the transmission shaft and cone part to make swing movement. When they swing to the extent that the surface of the crushing wall is close to the roll mortar wall, the rocks and ores are pressed and crushed. When the materials that can’t be crushed pass through the crushing chamber or the machine overloads, the spring safety system makes the cone discharging hole become larger. When objects are discharged from crushing chamber, discharging hole will automatically reset. Cone crusher resumes normal operations.
