Working principle:

After coal and potions fully mixing, they will put into the under slot of first room, after the impeller rotating, it formed negative pressure in the cavity, which made the trough’s pulp under it put into the mixing zone separately by the impeller’s under suction and up suction.It also can make the air into the mixing zone through along the sleeve, pulp, air and pharmacy and mixed here.
Under the effect of centrifugal impeller,the mixtured pulp is put into the mineralized zone,the air form bubbles and crusher, and fully contact with the coal particles, then form mineralized bubbles, under the effect of stator plate and turbulence, evenly distributed in the trough of body section, and move up into the separation zone, enrich and form bubble- layer, it will put out by bubble blowing machine, form coal bubble. the unmineralization coal particles up in the bottom of the trough will mix, mineralizate and separate with second time through the circle hole and the suction hole. in the bottom of the trough,part pulp which is not indrafted by impeller, will through by middlings box -buried in the ore pulp into the bottom trough of second room, finish the full process of the first room, then go to the third room, flotator does such a cycle,the pulp through the last room into the tailings box,then put out the final tailings.
