Features of Air Classifier for Fine powder 1.Low engry consumption 2.High capacity 3.Oversize controlling Operating principle of Air Classifier for Fine powder: QS-Classifier, together with cyclone separator, dedusting filter and radial fan, forms a system of classification. Under the lashing force of draught fan, feed materials are brought with uprising air stream into classifying chamber from feed inlet of classifier. Under strong centrifugal forces of high-speed rotating turbo wheels, coarse and fine materials are separated. Coarse materials, together with some fine materials, lose speed after bumping against wall and fall to secondary draught. During strong washing of the secondary drought, coarse and fine materials are separated once again. Fine materials go up to classifying cavity to be classified continuously, while coarse materials fall down to discharging outlet and come out. Performances and features (QS-series air classifier): -Suitable for accurate classification of dry micro-products with spherical, needle-like or piece shape and different densities.-Particle size: D97:2um and D97:150um, adjustable ad changeable.-Classifying rate: 60%-80%.the better the fluidity is, the higher the classifying rate is, otherwise it is low.-Horizontal classifying turbo-wheel, high rotating speed, accurate top point cutting.-To connect with ball mill, vibration mill and rolling mill to form a closed circuit.-Programmable control system, real-time operation status and simple operation.-Running under negative pressure. Throughput of dusts is less than 40mg/m3. Noise is lower than 75dB (A) during silencer
