Sintering mullite is manufactured directly from  natural high-quality bauxite, fired in a rotary kiln with heavy oil as fuel at temperatures exceeding 1750℃.It possesses many good characteristics such as high bulk density,stable quality,good thermal shock resistance,small index of high temperature creep and good resistance to chemical corrosion. It is an ideal raw material for the following refractory products like a variety of shaped and unshaped refractories,advanced ceramic asanitary ware body,precision casting models and so on.
