Production Process of Quartz SlabFirst of all, all sizes of quartz sand are sent to automatic weighing system, then mixed with resin and other additives in the vertical stirrer. Mixtures are sent to distributor for spreading in the mould. Demoulding materials are sent to press machine, in the vacuum condition, air inside is exhausted completely by special press machine. Resin agglutinates material granule. After vibration and pressing, materials are solidified in curing oven at a specific temperature. Those are the solid dense slabs.
