1, Overview and main characters
This machine is one of our company high-tech mechatronics products, with modern advanced design and manufacturing technology, using CAD design optimization method, implementing the national current precision standard, equipped with domestic and foreign advanced functional unit. In the structural performance, this machine realizes the powerful turning, with high static and dynamic turning rigidity, safe and reliable operation, long service life and as well as high working efficiency. This machine is suitable for the HSS and hard alloy cutters,such as disc milling cutter and bar type milling cutter to process various ferrous metals, non-ferrous metal and a part of non-metal workpieces.This machine can do the milling and planing and grinding processes of flat surface, flank, groove and rack and others with high working efficiency . The basic parts of the machine tools are all casted, processed and assembled by our factory. The casting material is high quality cast iron HT250, which has been processed through heat ageing, vibration aging secondary aging, fully eliminate stress of castings. The bed, vertical column and beam guide are all through ultrasonic frequency quenched processing. This machine is equipped with one vertical milling head, one vertical planer head, two side planer heads and one side grinding head, to realize the planing, milling , and grinding processings on flat surface and the flank. The surfaces, such as contact surfaces between crossbeam and the vertical column, crossbeam slide plate, vertical column slide plate, worktable guide rail, are all through manual fine scraping and grinding, to guarantee the sliding cooperating accuracy.
