The TK13M series NC large-through-hole horizontal / vertical rotary table is the important accessory for various NC borers, NC millers and CNC machining centers. It can be mounted on the working-table of the main machine with its spindle either parallel or perpendicular to the working-table of the main machine and used as the fourth spindle of the main machine. Controled by the main machines controlling system or the rotary tables independent controlling system, it works harmoniouly with the main machine and performs all necessary indexing rotations.
The workpieces in shapes of plate, disk and other complex shapes can be fixed to this series of rotary table and equally or unequally spaced holes or slots, or special continuous curved surfaces on the workpieces can be worked out . Utilizing the matching tailstock, workpieces in long-shaft types can be also fixed between the rotary table and the tailstock and machined. This series rotary table helps the main machine to achieve high-precision machining process.
It can also be attached to a non-NC macchine tool and be controled by its independent and special controlling system to carry out machining for equally or unequally spaced holes or slots, or continuous arc surfaces on the workpieces.
