The TK16B series NC horizontal back-mounted type rotary table is suitable for various NC boring&milling machine tools, CNC machining centers. It is attached to the working-table of the main machine with its spindle parallel to the top surface of the working-table and used as the fourth spindle of the main machine. Controled by the controlling system of the main machine, it can work together with the main machine to achieve various indexing rotation operations.
The workpieces in shapes of plate, disk and other complex shapes can be fixed to this series of rotary table and equally or unequally spaced holes or slots, or special continuous curved surfaces on the workpieces can be worked out . Utilizing the matching tailstock, workpieces in long-shaft types can be also fixed between the rotary table and the tailstock and machined. This series rotary table helps the main machine to work out high-percision machining process.
It can also be attached to a non-NC machine tool and be controled by its independent and special controlling system to carry out machining for equally or unequally spaced holes or slots, or continuous arc surfaces on the workpieces.
