Production Description:
The machine is made according to ASTM standard of dynamic durable test specification.The testing method is to place the model baby in the bike frame ,and then fix the frame on the testing machine, then adjust the conveyer belt speed as 1.4 + /-0.1 m/SEC (5 km/h + /-3.6 km/h), which continue to test after 64 hours, then check to see whether there is any damage of the machine. It can stop automatically when arrive the setting times,and it can operate for 24 hours without watching of the operators.And this machine has an magic eye safety device which can prevent the handle and rubber from damaging and then clamps to lead the carriage out of control and break down.
