Applications:
Chute Feeder is widely used in chemical industry, mine, metallurgy, construct, beneficiation; coal carbon etc, the main function of the Chute Feeder can transmit the raw material from the storage silo into receiving equipment.
Working Principles:
Chute Feeder installs under the bottom of the storage bin .Materials enter into the vat and are discharged evenly through the square discharge port .The baseplate moves by the drive motor through the connecting rod .And the trip size of the connecting rod can be regulated by adjusting the eccentric wheel .Because of this ,the adjustable feeding ability can be realized .
Characteristics:
a. The Chute Feeder can be installed flexible and simple operation.
b. The baseplate moves on the condition that frequency 20-60 times per minute ,stroke 20-200mm
c. To the sticky mineral, the eccentricity should be more than 30 mm while the
width of the vat should be 2-2.5 times of the max feeding size .
d. The Chute Feeder can supply ore granularity less than 500mm and supports widely range of materials.
