GIQ series pneumatic high-vacuum butterfly valve is applicable for connecting or cutting off the airflow in the vacuum tubes. It uses compressed air as the dynamics. It changes the gas circuit direction through the control of pneumatic components. The executive air cylinder pushes forward the valve plate which in the rotation axis of 90° to implement the open / close movements.

The applicable active medium of this valve are air, non-corrosive gas.
