Characteristic
n Increasing the hydrophilicity of the product, increasing the solubility in water, and improve wetting and foaming properties.
n Due to the different solubility of ethoxylated contents in water, can be used as low-foam, no foam or defoaming wetting agent for water/alcohol adhesives, coatings and inks. Also can be used for some solvent-based systems.
n Without APEO, non-toxic.
Usage method
1. It should be ensure that was evenly mixed when in use.
2. Surfadol should be added and mixed in the final if there are other surface-active agent additives in system .
3. Pigments, fillers or other solid should be added after Surfadol has been evenly mixed. It will ensure effective wetting and foam suppression
Suggested Addition
0.2% - 2.0% in total formulation. Ultimate assessment and confirmation depends on experiments.
