HA130 resin hemoperfusion cartridge is of relatively specific recognition and adsorption capacity to the macromolecular uremic toxins resulting from long-term hemodialysis and hemofiltration in blood of end-stage renal disease (ESRD) patients. In clinic, HD+HP treatment by association of hemodialysis (HD) & hemoperfusion(HP) could clear various uremic toxins in ESRD patients, decrease morbidity of complications in long-term and short-term, prolong life span and improve life quality. The product is hereinafter named as hemoperfusion cartridge for short.

HA130 resin hemoperfusion cartridge is of relatively specific recognition and adsorption capacity to the macromolecular uremic toxins in blood of (ESRD) patients.

Product purpose: the product could adsorb uremic toxins such as parathyrin, β₂-microglobulin, leptin, oxidation protein products, end-stage glycosylation products, homocysteine, feritin, angiotensin, interleukin 1, 6 etc. In hemodialysis patients.

Application of patients: the product is applicable to hemodialysis patients, and HP+HD joint treatment which could prevent and improve long-term hemodialysis complications such as renal osteopathy, refractory skin pruritus, peripheral neuropathy, cardiovascular disease, refractory hypertension, nephro-encephalopathy, malnutrition etc.

The hemoperfusion cartridge should be performed in association with dialyzer by connection in front of dialyzer, hemoperfusion treatment time is recommended as 120-150 mins.
