[Product Description]  HA230 resin hemoperfusion cartridge is of relatively specific recognition and adsorption capacity to various toxins and drugs. In clinic, the product could be used individually by all kinds of blood purification machines or used in association with other blood purification devices for whole-blood or plasma hemoperfusion treatment. The product is especially applicable in clearing fat-soluble macromolecules, circle-sized micromolecules as well as drugs & toxins combined with plasma proteins and clearing organophosphorous pesticide, various drugs, raticide, industrial toxins, biotoxins & other relative toxins. The product is hereinafter named as hemoperfusion cartridge for short.

 

[Product Application]

The cartridge is applicable in patients with various acute toxins and drugs poisoning. Its application is recommended as below.

1. Acute poisoning of drugs & toxins, especially to the poisoning without specific antidote.

2. Dosage of medicine intake is 30% more than its own clearance ability.

3. Toxins or poisons contained in blood has reached the lethal dose, or its adsorption will continue though it has not reached the lethal dose now.

4. Intaking of toxins or poisonings with unknown component and quantity.

5. Patient with liver disease or renal disease is of dysfunction in detoxinfication and excretion.

6. Delayed poisoning of drugs & toxins.

 

Treatment Proposal

(1) For normal poisoning(such as organophosphate pesticides, drug etc), one time a day, lasting 120-150 mins each time, 3 times as a treatment course.

(2) For severe & special poisoining(without-antidote poisoning, such as paraquat, tetramine etc), 1-2 times/day for the first 2 days, lasting 120-150 mins/time, then turn to 1 time/day, 3-5 times as a treatment course.
