Nature:
Green to blue powder or orthorhombic crystalline double cone. Deliquescence in moist air, Weathering in dry air. lose moisture between 70 and 200 °C. Soluble in water, ethanol and methanol, slightly soluble in acetone and ethyl acetate, slightly soluble in ether. The relative density is 2.51. Melting point is about 100 °C.
For pigments, wood preservation industries, and used as a disinfectant, mordant, catalyst.
