Uniaxial geogrid is made of high molecular polymer, is extruded into sheet and then punched into regular mesh pattern,and finally in the longitudinal direction. This process makes it possessed of high tensile strength in the longitudinal direction.The tensile strength can reach to 100-200Mpa,and the elongation is 4%-10%.The structure offers ideal force carrying and diffusing chain system. It is suitable for different kinds of soil. It is a prevailing reinforcement material.

 

Application:
Uniaxial geogrid is kind of high strength geosynthetic. It has extensive applications in dyke, tunnel, pier, highway, railway and building.
