The wind turbine have the following features:
1. Low start-up wind speed and high efficiency; slight vibration and low noise; small size and beautiful appearance; convenient installation and maintenance.
2. The considerate connection device makes it easy to fix, maintenance and servicing.
3. The blades have adopted new material and process in injection molding, accompanied with the optimized air operated shape design, the usage factor of wind power is much higher under the same rotor swept area, and the wastage of the material is much lower than before.
4. The new output device of power supply overcomes the disadvantage of cable twisting.
5. The alternator has adopted patented technology of permanent magnet rotor magnetic circuit structure, as well as the special stator design, which has reduced the reluctant torque of generator effectively. At the same time, the matching property between wind rotor and generator is much better, therefore magnify the area of effective wind speed and increase the annual electrical energy.
6. The new design of assisted device for electromagnetic brake has simplified the structure of the full set, and improved the running reliability of it.
7. The controller is a system consisted of rectification, voltage regulation, control and fault indication, and is controlled by computer. Moreover, there are auto-protection function and many indications for overcharging , under voltage and so on. There is also photovoltaic cells input terminal, it’s easy to extend wind turbine system to solar&wind power generator system.
8. The adoption of damp device can not only guarantee the sensibility and stability of direction regulation, but also avoid vibration and decline in generating capacity.
9.Intelligent high-performance sine wave inverter can invert DC to AC 220V/50Hz or 110V/60Hz, and drive directly the inductive load. At the same time, there are auto-protection functions for short circuit, overload, over-discharge and overcharging of batteries, which can extend life-span of batteries by a long way.
