ZX-Si is a brittle material cutting fluid,cutting fluid,it doesn't include diethanolamine, nitrite and mineral oil.

4,Usage

It is mainly used for single crystal silicon, polycrystalline silicon, crystal and other semiconductors, precision materials, multi-line cut.with high suspension, high lubricity, high efficiency, easy to clean characteristics,it can reduce friction, and surface tension,to slice thin, high yield, it can effectively reduce the temperature, to minimize the effect of slice injury.

5,Use way 

After full mixing more than 8 hours,you can mix the cutting fluid and abrasive mixture by a certain percentage, you can use the inner loop in EDM.
