Processing program: low carbon steel through cold draw, heating, constant temperature, heat preservation etc craft and become a soft wire products. Use hot metal billet rolling into 6.5 mm thick steel rod, put it into wiredrawing equipment to make different diameters wire, and gradually narrowing wiredrawing dish aperture, through cooling, annealing, besmear plating processing technologies into different specifications of wire.

Main application: it is used in weaving of black wire cloth and the construction industry as binding wire and tie wire etc.
