(1) Introduction
Sand making production line at present mostly utilize a wet production craft, regardless adopting any style of the sand washer, its biggest weakness is that the fine sand(≤0.16mm) runs off seriously, some even run off over 20%, this not only decrease the yield, but also seriously influence the sand gradation, which results in the gradation being not reasonable, the fineness module be inclined to be thick and largely lowering the quality of the manufactured sand. Excessive fine sands are exhausted will also result in the environmental pollution.
In order to solve the above questions, we research and manufacture the SK series sand collecting system, which is designed on the base of absorbing the world advanced technology. They are utilized widely in aggregate processing system, the processing system of glass raw material, the production line of manufactured sand, and so on, they can solve the fine sand recovery questions.
(2)Working Principle
1. The system is composed of the motor, A pump, B cyclone, C vibrating screen, D pool, E recycling box.
2. Working process: The compound of sand and water is transported to cyclone, the classified and concentrated sand be provided to the vibrating screen by the heavy grit, sand and water are effectively separate after vibrating screen dehydration. Through recycling box, fine sand and mud and so on returned again to the pool, then are discharged from the exit when the liquid level of pool is too high. The material weight density recovered by the vibrating screen is 70%- 85%. Adjusting fineness module may come true by changing pulp concentration, adjusting the overflow volume, changing the grit mouth, thus fulfill its three functions— washing, dehydration and classification.

(4)Introduction of Cyclone
Cyclone is the efficient classifying and concentrating equipment. Because of its features of simple structure, big capacity, low energy consumption,it is widely used in grinding system of metal mining,coal, building materials industry,and slurry concentration, dehydration, desliming ,and tailings recovery, tailings filling, dam.
Cyclone is a device that produces rotary motion by using fluid pressure. When the slurry enters into the cyclone at a certain speed, it is forced to make rotary motion when the slurry encounters the wall of cyclone.Coarse granules and fine granules suffer different centrifugal force.Coarse solid granule in the slurry suffers large centrifugal force.It is able to overcome the hydraulic resistance to cyclone wall and makes spiral downward movement along the wall under the combined effect of its own gravity.While the fine granules make a rotary movement and can’t get close to wall under small centrifugal force.Slurry keeps moving down and makes rotary movement under the impetus of follow-up feeding.So coarse granules continue surrounding concentration while the small granules remain in the central area.The closer to the wall, the bigger granule diameter.Then a hierarchical arrangement is formed.
As the slurry flows into the cone part from the cylinder part, the flow cross section is getting smaller and smaller. Under the oppression of the outer layer slurry contraction, the inner slurry of much fine granules has to change the movement direction and makes upward movement, then forms a inner cyclone and be finally discharged from overflow pipe. While coarse granules make downward movement along cyclone wall and forms a outer cyclone, then discharged from bottom orifice and become grit.
