Advantages of special production line:

1-In the process of production, the whole round steel bars enter into electric furnace automatically instead of traditional cropping. It save time and labor. The loss in heat treatment is to be reduced to 1.5%-2% from 3%-4% of the traditional production.

2-Heating uniformity with special circulation electric furnace instead of coal, it takes only 2 minutes from cold bars to heated bars coming out of the furnace.

3-Heat treatment equipment with patent which leads to uniformity hardness of grinding balls.

4-Every type of machine can produce 4-5 kinds of grinding balls.

5-The efficiency increases more than 20 times than traditional air hammer production.

The production of grinding balls is based on the standard of YB/T091-2005.

Various specification of grinding ball is produced by different grades of materials.
