Specifications

The Sintered NdFeB magnet has high remanence, high coercive force, high energy product and high ratio between performance value and product cost. It can be easily formed into various sizes and widly used in industrial areas and Micro products, such as Motor, Auto, National defence, Speaker, Computer, Biology project, Medical treatment, Instrument and Meter etc.
1) NdFeB Magnets have superior magnetic properties than other magnets
2) Higher unit magnetic properties
3) Can be easily formed into various sizes.
4) Smaller size and lighter weight in designing devices
5) Mostly an iron based alloy, NdFeB type rare earth magnet is much more prone to surface oxidation or rust, and elimination. Users should consider magnet coating, plating or suitable surface treatment
6) Less prone to chipping during handling
7) Lower temperature coefficient of magnetic properties than ceramic, higher than SmCo type rare earth magnet
8) Irreversible loss at high temperature
9) Types: N35-N52, 33M-50M, 30H-48H, 30SH-45SH, 30UH-40UH, 28EH-38EH, 30AH-33AH.
10) High energy ranging from 30MGOe to 53MGOe with wonderful coercive force
11) Less expensive, and mechanically stronger and less brittle than SmCo
12) Density: 13%, smaller than SmCo products
13) For most applications, coating or plating is recommended
14) Advantages:
     a) High energy
     b) Very high Hc and Hci output
     c) More economical than SmCo
     d) Wonderful performance at ambient temperature
15) Disadvantages:
     a) Working temperature is below 200℃.
     b) Prone to oxidation than other magnet alloys
16) Widely used in apparatus and instruments where a strong magnetic field is needed, like motors, sensors, microphones, loudspeaker, windmill, car, toy, mircrophone, magnetic separation, magnetic suckers and magnetic therapy
