Features
1, Intelligent controlled by industrial MCU
2, Multiple control modes for load, such as light control, light-timer control, and manual control..
3, Wind-Solar complementary charge and control.
4, Increase generation efficiency by boosting the charge voltage into a secondary power storage, to save more power in breeze circumstance.
5, PWM charging, a scientific battery management system
6, LEDs and 7-segment display the real-time status of the controller
7, Multiple battery protections against overcharge, overdischarge, overload, short circuit and reverse
8, Self-adapt 12V/24V battery management system. (For lead-acid battery only, lithium battery is forbidden.)
9, Electromagnetic brake and power unloading to protect the wind generator and the battery

Functions
1, Self-adapt 12V/24V battery management system. Connect the controller to a 12V battery, and push the Power Switch button, the 7-segment will auto show ”1” ( or” 2” for to the 24V one) in first 5 secs .
2, Voltage step-up charge. The controller will step-up the charge voltage to 33-38V automatically when the output voltage of the wind generator is lower than 12V or 24V in breeze circumstance.
3, Electromagnetic brake and power unloading. The controller will start the brake and power unloading protection when the output voltage of the wind generator is over 22V or 44V.

4, LED indication.
A, ”CHARGE” Indicator. It will be ON when apply the controller an input voltage(from wind generator or solar panel), and OFF when no input Voltage, and flash slowly when the battery is charged, and flash quickly when the battery is overcharged and the charging circuit will be opened.
B, ”BATTERY”Indicator. It will be ON when the battery voltage is normal, FLASH SLOWLY when the battery is under-voltage, FLASH QUICKLY when the battery is over discharged and the load will be cut off.(The load will be resumed when the battery voltage is recovered to 12.5V)
C, ”OUTPUT”Indicator. It will ON when the load is working and OFF when no load, FLASH SLOWLY when over current (The load circuit will be cut off 30 seconds later when the current is 1.25 times the rated current or 5 seconds later when the current is 1.5 times the rated current, LED will keep flashing slowly), FLASH QUICKLY when the load is short circuit and load circuit will be cut off. Other functions will not be affected even the load circuit is cut off.

5, Multiple Control Modes.
A, Light control. When there is no sunlight, load circuit will be closed within 3 minutes. When there is sunlight, load circuit will be opened within 3 minutes.
B, Ligh-Timer control. A plus timer-control function based on the Light-control function above. That is, the controller starts timing as soon as the load circuit closed, and opens the load circuit as soon as your desired preset time is up
C, Manual control. Close/Open the load circuit by pushing the ”Function Select” button.
D, Quick Check. Load circuit will be opened when the controller gets a charge voltage, and closed otherwise. This is a shortcut to check the controller’s input & output if functioning properly.
E, Always-on mode. The load circuit is closed always.
PS: A solar panel is necessary in the light control mode and in the light-timer control

Mode Setting
1, Press the ”Function Select” button and hold on for more than 2 seconds, the 7-segment will flash and the controller is under the condition of mode setting.
2, Then press the ”Function Select” button to select the mode you want, and press it again for 2 seconds long to confirm your setting, the will stop flashing and indicates the mode you have selected for 2 seconds.
3, If you want to check which kind of mode you have set before, press the ”Function Select” button for less than 2 seconds, the 7-segment will ON and indicates the mode that has been set.
