Outer layer possesses very high wear resistance, hot crack resistance properties. Roll work layer graphite quantity in the depth direction is nearly no change, therefore work layer hardness fall is small, roll hardness mainly depends on matrix organization type, pearlite, sorbite, bainite or martensite, neck adopts high-strength nodular iron, it possesses very high fracture resistance, accident resistance properties.

 

 

Application scope

Used for trip steel hot continuous rolling mill finish rolling rack, continuous bar finish rolling rack,high speed wire pre-finish rolling, small medium-rolling and finish rolling rack, also used for sheet, straightening roller.
