Principle: The Bt Cry Ab/Ac Rapid Test is a qualitative, membrane based immunoassay for the detection of Bt Cry Ab/Ac in leaves and seed. The membrane is pre-coated with capture antibody on the test line region of the test. During testing, the sample reacts with colloid gold-Cry Ab/Ac antibody conjugate. The mixture migrates upward on the membrane and then reacts with capture antibody on the membrane to form sandwich complex and generate a colored line. If the antigen in sample is greater than 1%, the test line will appear colored line indicates a positive result, while its absence indicates a negative result.
