Description:

1. Heavy duty pallet racking are made up beam and shelf. As its simple structure,pallet racking are the most common rack, and other racking are developed by the pallet rack.

 

2. Usually pallets are as the unit of rack, goods are stored in the pallet.

 

3. The bearing of pallet should less than 1500kg, the height of rack shuld less than 2000mm, standard pallet will be more suited for pallet racking.

 

4. Pallet racking are designed accoring to the details of goods ,the size of pallet and details of warehouse.1-3 pallets can be stored in each case.

 

5.The pallet is managed by battery forklift,if the rack is short, pallets can be managed by electric stacker.Usually gallery should be set for managing goods. The distance of each line depend on the size of forklift, but it is less than 4m generally,the depth should about1.2m.
 

6.Small gallery pallet racking can be managed by three-way forklift and stacking machine,thus the space can be saved and the mamage height can be 14m.

 

7.Recently there is a double remove forklift, which is suited for 2 lines apposed rack, only one gallery for two lines, the stroage utilization can increase two times.
