Dual-alkali sodium-based FGD filter is used for desulfurization desulfurization tower, due to strong alkaline sodium-based sorbent, the reaction product after the absorption of sulfur dioxide solubility, supersaturation will not cause crystallization, resulting in scaling congestion. On the other hand desulfurization products are recycled into the pool to restore calcium hydroxide regeneration, regeneration of the sodium-based sorbent is then recycled to fight back to the desulfurization tower. Dual-alkali FGD filter reduces investment and operating costs, is more suitable for small and medium sized boiler desulphurization desulphurization dust.
