BODOR BML-D laser marker adopt imported semiconductor module,high speed optical scanner, Q switch,providing speedy scannning and high precision.it use semiconductor diode pump Nd: YAG crystals with a wavelength of 808 nm, so that YAG rods generate a large number of reversal particles. Under the function of Q switch, there will produce colossal pulse light beam output with a wavelength of 1064 nm. The laser beams experience expansion and focus before they are deflected by the control scanner to realize marking. This marking machine means a breakthough in the laser marking field, with advantages such as low energy consumption, high electrical-optical conversion efficiency, stable laser output model, high reliability, small size, good marking effect. The markers are designed according to the ergonomics principles with smart appearance and convenient operation. The optical path system employs a hermetically sealed structure with optical path preview and focus indication functions which provides reliable guarantee for 24-hour continuous operation.
The software supports windows7/xp/2000 operating system and mult-languages,supports barcode font(1D and datamatrix,pdf417 2D barcodes).Also,it is compatible with common graphic formats and support image processing.
