High Density Polyethylene plastic tubing is less flexible than LDPE, but has better physical and chemical properties, and withstands sterilization by boiling. HDPE tubing is widely used in transporting air, water and chemicals.

　　This line is mainly composed of extruder, vacuum calibrator, haul-off, cutter and turn-over stack. The extruder and hauloff are controlled by imported AC variable frequency unit. The hauloff may have bi-claw, tri-claw, quad-claw, hexa-claw, octa-claw, deca-claw or dodeca-claw pulling ways and the cutter may have non-chipping cutting, sawing cutting or planetary cutting options.
