LGL(R)B Series Prepayment water meter is a kind of water meter that must pay water before use, it integrated prepayment and valve control function, and displays water consumption and remnant by LCD, completely conforms with ISO4064.

Control Functions 
Water Consumption  Control 
Close valve reminder when the remaining water volume reaches alarming water level; open valve with cards and valve will close automatically when water is all used up; user can use card to purchase water, open valve and control water supply.
Low voltage 
Close valve reminder when battery voltage is lower than the pre-set value; users can open valve with card. The valve will be completely closed if the battery is not replaced within 24 hours.
Self-checking function 
When power on, check the circuit automatically to judge if meter is in normal status or not.
Anti-theft and anti-shear
Valve closes automatically and attack signal displayed when the signal-sampling wire is cut.  It can only be repaired by administrator not the user. 
Moisture-proof
Socket 
Moisture of socket does not affect meter reading.  It will constantly detect if the IC card slot is normal or not.
Self- protection of
battery & valve 
Meter opens and closes valve automatically once a month.
Input volume limitation 
The meter sets the highest water storage volume.  When the sum of purchased water volume & the remaining water volume is larger than the pre-set value, no more input is allowed. 
Over zero processing 
When the valve breaks down, it does not affect normal measurement and over-zero measurement processing. The user card will transmit relevant information to the host or upper computer accordingly. 
Pulse sampling moisture-proof 
When the sampling circuit board and the sampling line become moist, signal input and output are still normal without data loss and increase in power consumption. 
Self-testing function 
The meter can perform self-testing to detect engine failure, storage device mistakes, wrong card, wrong write-back, etc. 
Routine Cycle Check 
The meter will begin cycle check of up to 10 times once in every 5 minutes when the valve is shut down due to attack.  It will resume to normal status when the attack stops.

Data Recycle  
When meter is damaged and needs replacement, the transfer card into the broken meter to read and retrieve data. The data will be transferred to the new meter when the data transfer card is ed into the it
Initialization 
Insert the initiating card to clear all the information inside the meter and set all the parameters. 
Inspection card 
Use the inspection card to check the system when the meter runs abnormally. 
Card replacement 
Replacement card is available when user loses the user card. 
Incremental Water Rate
The user card can register freezed water volume, and count the incremental water consumed.
