1.Control Power Part

Bakr is the first manufacturer to use full-bridge LGBT using high-power  integrated power control module ,the module using Germany Siemens .Compared with other brand modules or silica transistor and filed effect tube ,Siemens modules have the features as following:

1-1 High Temperature Resistance

We use Siemens module for our ultrasonic cleaner.It is the key for equipment stability to adopt high-temperature  and good heat dissipation devices . Silica transistor and filed effect tube can resist 40-50^oC,however ,for Siemens module, it can reach up to 80 ^oC

1-2. High resistance to pressure

As is known to all , transistor and filed effect tube will be easily broken down by current under the condition of instant or long time high pressure. After broken down, not only  can not the equipment  run normally ,but also transducer is disturbed to make further on frequency moving. This will lay hidden perils for further increase of equipment failure rate. However ,it can be avoided greatly by using Siemens Module.

1-3.High Control Power

Module control power is bigger than other components. Spare power in components can more ensure the stability of the equipment. At the same moment , we also take many protection measures including high-temp, high-pressure ,overheating and so on to ensure our equipments be perfect ,and customers have no worries behind to use equipments.

1-4.Adjustable Power

Adjustable power function is designed for circuit ,and according to different cleaned devices ,Bakr also designed most advance of the world adjustable power function which can reach stepless to greatly avoid traditional ultrasonic cleaners’ wasting of resources .According to the different components ,choice the suitable power can minimize energy consumption to make equipment more perfect.

1-5.Other circuit control features

a. Digital frequency sweep function : Now domestic ultrasonic cleaners manufacturers adopt single ultrasonic frequency which can not clean the devices and components completely . Digital frequency sweep can make devices and components cleaned by several kinds of different frequency ultrasonic to avoid single ultrasonic wave crest and wave trough which can ensure the devices and components be cleaned more completely without dead angles.

b.Water level frequency automatic tracking function. Because water level and water flow speed both greatly impact on ultrasonic effect, so our company successfully developed frequency automatic adjust function on the condition of different water level and water flow speed to ensure not only excellent ultrasonic effect ,but also ultrasonic frequency of matching ,and this can make our productions stability be one more stage.

2.Transducer and Cement

Adopting original Germany CeramTec piezoelectric ceramic chip , high-precision CNC machine equipment ensure Bakr high quality .

2-1.Transducer frequency is infinitely close and high stability

Compared with other chip ,Germany GeramTec piezoelectric ceramic chip has the features of high stability ,infinitely close frequency and high-precision . On the conditions of high-temp ,high-pressure ,static state,dynamic state and other any kinds of surroundings,the movement reduce to maximum limit to ensure the transducer frequency consistency on any severe environment:Not only ensure the highly harmonious between electrical equipment and transducer, but also greatly improve stability . All above break through the high failure rate bottleneck of of traditional cleaners.

2-2. Special cement tech art

Ultrasonic inner tank adopts excellent exported 2mm SUS304 to weld, and stainless steel screws are inside of tank to fix transducer.
