The Stone crushing line mainly includes storage bin, vibrating feeder, jaw crusher, impact crusher, vibrating screen, belt conveyor and centrally electric controlling system, etc. The designed capacity of the stone crusher is from 50t/h to 620t/h. To meet customer’s specific requirement, we can also add other equipments such as cone crusher, dust catcher on the crushing plant Process of crushing plant.
Process of stone crushing line
Big materials are fed to the jaw crusher evenly and gradually by vibrating feeder through a hopper for primary crushing. After first crush, the material will transferred to impact crusher by belt conveyor for secondary crush; the crushed materials will then transferred to vibrating screen for separating. After separating, the parts that can meet standard will be transferred away as final products, while the other parts will be returned to impact crusher, thus forming a closed circuit. Size of final products can be combined and graded according to customers’ specific requirement. We can also equip dust catcher system to protect environment.
1) Jaw crushers: This series have many advantages, such as big reduction ratio, even granularity, simple structure, reliable working condition, convenient repair and economic operation, which are widely used for mine, smelting, building material, road, railway, irrigation works, chemical and materials with compression strength no more than 320Mpa.
2) Impact crushers: This series of products can process the material with the side length of 100 to 500mm and the compression strength can reach 350mp and have the advantages of big reduction ratio and cubic shape after the crushing of materials. PF impact breakers are applicable for crushing the semi-hard materials and have big throughput and small granularity of materials.
3) Sand making machine: It is widely used for crushing of hard and crispy materials, such as rock, grinding material, refractory material, cement clinker, quartzite, iron ore and concrete aggregate; and it is especially suitable for the sand and sandstone making for construction and road paving.
