JKQ series tilting type lamp stand are used for road,station,wharf,bridge and factory,especially for the electrification railway non-tent platform.
Structure:
1.JKQ-1 is made up by the tilting type part,lamp stand and the assorted electrics.The tilting degree is 0-90 degrees with the property of conveniently transportation,installation and maintenance.
2.It works by the transmission of the worm and worm wheel with the property of conveniently operation,lightly and reliable safety.
3.Material is good quality of steel plate and steel pipe.The height is alternative in 4m-5m.When it is used for the high voltage electrification railway platform,in consideration of the danger of the response voltage,when the ground resistance is more than 10Ω,earth bar should be used in the foundation construction.
4.JKQ-II is working by the jacking system with the property of the stable transmission and conveniently operation.
5.The jacking system is used only as the tool.The jacking system can be unloaded if unnecessary.
Using indication:
Open the tilting door and fix the jacking system with the bolt,then use the internal hexagonal wrench to remove the pinned bolts at each side.Turn with the crank in anticlockwise to bring the lamp stand down,and turn in clockwise to bring the lamp stand up,then pin the bolts at sides and unload the jacking system and close the tilting door and tight the bolts.
