1. Brief Introduction:

Rotary kiln for active lime is mainly used to calcine quick lime or caustic calcined dolomite, in steel and alloys plant.

2. Supply Scope

Zhognde provides 150~1000TPD complete set of active lime rotary kiln system---Vertical Preheater, Rotary kiln & Vertical Cooler, including process design and electrical control system.

3. System Advantages:

1)      With advanced structure, Vertical Preheater ( also called Low-Pressure-Loss Energy-Saving Dust-reducing Preheater), could pre-calcine 30% of active lime, and could use 10~15mm cative lime directly.

2)      Flake sealing at two ends of the kiln, air leakage≤10%, and heat radiation reduced.

3)      Fill type, partition ventilation Round or Vertical Cooler, outlet lime tempreture reduced to 50 Degree C, plus ambient tempreture, which makes it easy to transport & store, and secondary air to kiln ≥700 Degree C.
