1. Usage:

Rotary dryer is mainly used to dry the mining slag, clay, pulverized coal in building material, metallurgy industry, and leached residue in metal mining industry.

3. Components

Rotary dryer is mainly included shell, lifting plate, driving unit, supporting unit and sealing ring, etc.

4. Features

1) Thermocouple is installed at inlet & outlet of dryer, and thus thermometer will indicate the temperature (generally the range will be 350~380 degree C), to control & moniter inlet & outlet temperature better.

2) New type lifting plate with guiding, homogenizing,lifting functions, to make materials flow flat, thin, equispaced & fully distributed in cross section, equispaced and fullly distribution, thus to make material flow contacted fully with the hot air flow.

3) Power consumption of rotary dryer made by Zhongde, with reasonable running parameter, comparing with other brand dryer, could be reduced by 10~15% or more.
