 Already sealed bottles need to charge air into them.

Air will be charged through valve under high pressure. We adopt 3 main parts to charge air to meet the output.

There are specialized detectors under charging heads. Normally the charging head is closed to guarantee no leakage. When there are bottles under the charging heads, the valves will open the charging heads and begin to charge air, so when there are no bottles under the charging heads, the charging heads will not charge air into the bottle. It can avoid the demerit of air charging without bottles under the charging heads.

The working principle of charging machine is as follows. Pressure increase pump transform the mixture of liquid and gas into liquid form, then go to complementary pump for storage. When charging work starts, the liquid will absorbed from complementary pump to quantity fix jar, then piston of the quantity fix jar fixes quantity to make sure the precision of the charging task. Quantity fix jar adopts 316L stainless steel, which is anti-corruption with long duration and precise quantity fixing.

You should change rotary platform and gas quantity adjustment when produce different specs. There are scales on quantity fix jar and filling part. You can change the quantity by screw the hand wheel to a proper position.

The machine is controlled by gas, which is safe and explosion-proof.
