YK Guaranteed Circular Vibrating Screen
(1)Introduction
YK Series Circular Vibrating Screen is developed by adsorbing German technology and is suitable for screening different sizes of stones. It is widely used in coal dressing, ore dressing, building material, electric power and chemical industries.
 
 (2)Structure
It is composed by sieving box, mesh, vibration exciter and damper spring etc. The vibratory screen adopts the vibration exciter with barrel type of eccentric shaft and block to adjust the swing. The vibration exciter is installed on the lateral plate of the sieving box. The motor makes the exciter swing round speedily through tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. The lateral plate made by the high quality steel plate without any welding point. The lateral plate, beam and the vibration exciter connected by the high strength bolts and ring-grooved lock bolts.
 
 (3)Working Principle:
The motor makes the exciter swing rotate speedily through the tire coupling. The continuous forced circular motions of sieve box were achieved through the powerful centrifugal force. Under the influence of sieve box, the materiel are tossed forward successively on the mesh. they were classified as thrown up, and the particles smaller than the mesh size were sieved out when they are falling, so that the classification of material could be achieved.
 
 (4)Feature and Benefits
1 Exciter of external eccentric block structure has the advantages of big exciting force, ligh weight, small load bearing, etc.
2 The screen lateral plates are made up by a whole steel plate without welding, which is of high strenght and long service life. Beam and lateral plate are joined by high strength bolts without wedding. The beam is easy to be replaced.
3 Motor and exciter are connected with flexible couplings, which has the advantages of long life, low cost and small inpact on motor, compared with universal joint connection. It requires low installation conditions.
4 Linear vibrating screen uses advanced dual-motor synchronization technology. Low noise, easy maintenance.
5 Amplitude, installation angle of the screen surface can be adjusted according to actual situation.
6 Machine is supported with rubber springs, which have the feature of long service life, corrosion resistance, smooth running, low noise, small impact on foundation, compared with other metal springs.

1 Mainly used for classification in dry process.
