ZKR Professional Sand Screening Machine
(1)Introduction
ZKR Series Circular Vibrating Screen is developed by adsorbing German technology. It is widely applied in coal, metallurgy, electric power, building materials, ect and suitable for dewater, demud, demedium as well as dry and wet classification to medium and fine materials.
(2)Structural Component
It is mainly composed of screen box, deck base, sieve, vibrating motor, motor pedestal, damper spring, and bracket.
1. It is welded by different kinds of steel plate with different thickness, and with a certain degree of strength and stiffness. It is the main components of the machine.
2. Deck base: It is composed of pine and small deflection wood, it is mainly used to keep the sieve formation, and make it normal screen.
3. Sieve: It has low carbon steel, brass, bronze, stainless steel wire and other sieves.
4. Vibrating Motor ( look at the vibrating motor manual details about the maintenance)
5. Motor Pedestal: Install vibrating motor, tighten the connecting screws before use them, especially use the new machine in first 3 days. They must be repeated fastening, so as to avoid accident due to screws loosen.
6. Damper Spring: It prevent vibration transmit to the ground, support the full weight of the screen box at the same time, the spring must be upright the ground while install it.
7. Bracket: It is composed of four pillars and two steel channels, and support the screen box. Pillars must be installed vertically with the ground, and the steel channels under the pillars should be parallel.
(3)Operational Principle
Linear vibrating screen adopt dual motor drive, when the motors do synchronous, reverse rotation, the exciting force generated by eccentric block cancel each other out on the parallel direction of motor axis, and stacked together with the direction that perpendicular to the motor axis, so its trajectory is a straight line. There is a dip on the two motor's relative screen surface, materials was tossed by leaps and bounds forward for linear motion under the resultant action of exciting force and material self-gravity, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading. It is used in production line and realize automate operations. It has such advantages as lower consumption, high efficiency, simple structure, easy maintenance, full-closed structure, and no dust emission and so on. The Maximum screen mesh is 325, it can be screen seven different kinds of materials.

(5)Application Features
1 Mainly used for washing,dewatering, desliming in wet process.
2 Can screen very fine material, 400 mesh in max(namely,0.038mm)
3 Normally, no installation angle. Two layers in max.
4 Suitable for dewatering the material with water content above 30% and the output water content can be 2%-15%. Bigger stone, lower water content for the output materials.
5 Different material sieve plates for choice.
6 Matched feeding hopper and discharging hopper can be supplied as per customers' requirement.
