1.PVC insulated and sheath electric cable

a. Application

The cable is used as power distribution and transmission line at rated voltage 0.6/1KV which can be fixed installed.

b. Exploitation conditions

1)The long-time working temperature of cable should not be higher than 70℃.

2)When core is in short-circuit (max 5s) the temperature should not exceed 160℃.

3While installation the ambient temperature should not be lower than 0℃, and the bending radius should not be less than 10 times of outer diameter of cable.

2.PVC insulated sheath fire-resistance electric cable

a. Usage and using property

0.6/1KV PVC insulated fireproof power cable is designed an manufactured according to GB/T12706-2002(Equipment to IEC60502), its physical and electrical performance is the same as common plastic power cable. Its fireproof performance conforms to GB1266-90(Equivalent to IEC 331), therefore, this kind of product only can transmit power under normal working condition, but also can work normally for a certain period when it catches fire, namely, it says under rated voltage 0.6/1KV, the cable still can work normally for 90min in fire of 750-800℃, this kind of cable is especially suitable for important locations such as tall building, underground railway, power station and so on, where requires ability of fire-proof and fire-control.
