 This production line have two main Hydraulic mahines,one is for ceiling corner cutting,one is for ceiling edge bending.

 

High-performance press with high stroke and big base plate assures a perfect location of the mold bottom die-set which can accommodate big molds.

 

it is mainly composed of the followings:

1.one set of 40 tons Hydraulic press ceiling corner cutting machine

2.one set of 40 tonsHydraulic press ceiling bending machine.  

3.one set of feeder.

4.one set of electrical control panel.

5.tow sets of mold(one is for cutting machine,one is for bending machine)
