Vibrating Screen
Applications :
Vibrating Screen ,a new type high-efficiency screening equipment ,is used for the granularity between 0.074 to 5 mm, the humidity less than 70%.It can screen all kinds of nonviscous materials and the max feeding size is no longer than 10 mm.Vibrating Screen is widely used in mining ,coal ,metallurgy ,fireproofing materials ,light industries and chemical industries etc.
Working Principles:
Vibrating Screen is driven by double vibration motor which moves oppositely .The eccentric block then produces rated exciting force .The transverse force then cancel out while the longitudinal force transfers on the screen face through the sensing body .Because of this ,the materials on the face jump in line .The materials whose granularity is less than the sieve fall down the bottom and run out of the discharging mouth .Classed by the liner vibrating screen ,then screened by the sieve ,different materials can be picked out .
