Working Principles:

The Impact Crusher is used to crush the materials ,taking advantages of the impact energy .Rotating by the motor ,the rotor spins in high speed .The materials entering the board hammer strikes it and then crushed .Be thrown to the impact equipment to crush again. And then spring on the board hammer to crush again. The process operates in circle .The materials enter into the one, two, three impact cavity from big ones to little ones until getting the demanding granularity. Then they are discharged from the discharging mouth.
