TCJ350 series vacuum Extrude is used to produce ceramic rollers ,electrical insulator, floor and wall tiles(spilt tile),load and unload hollow brick,refractory materials,draiage rubes,waste water tubes, roof tiles and others special shape wares by extruding and forming. We can get uniform structure ,high mechanicalstrength, stain-free,and perfect su-rface producs.

You should use it with vacuun pump togother to get rid of dirty in gas ,and improve vousity of the clay . Pug whisking screw and extrude screw are driven apart by frequency conversion stepless timing motor.

 You can control the turning speed of whisking screw and extruding screw ,It is fit for etruding different kinds of products , Extruding screw is easy to be removed.
