Strictly controlling the Quality inspection:

 

In order to control the quality of tungsten rhenium wire at the factory before delivery, BTM Group strictly make quality inspection for rhe high temperature performance testing (high-temperature performance, tensile strength, hardness, microscopy and scanning electron microscopy) to ensure the product standerd is higher than the national one, let off a little human flaws, allowing customers to rest assured that satisfaction!

 

Tungsten-rhenium wire simple process is as follows:

 

Mixing - sintering - swaging - drawing  - Inspection - Packaging

 

Packing:

 

Each reel: 400-600g,  250m-260m per kilogram. Vacuum packaging, cartons, bags.

All tungsten rhenium wire is packaged per reel.
400g or 500g per reel. 250-260m per kilograms.
